The GreenFDH® & GreenGDH® enzyme assay kit consists of 30 engineered formate and glucose dehydrogenase enzymes for use as co-factor/co-enzyme recycling systems.
Several variants have undergone pilot-scale testing, exhibiting greater than 95% activity at substrate concentrations of 50-100 g/L, temperatures exceeding 40 °C, and pH values exceeding 9.0, and showing tolerance towards solvent mixture exceeding 20% (w/v) IPA and 20% (w/v) DMSO
